Your part starts as a box of powder.

Primofort is the floor in Dongguan where it stops being powder. Industrial SLS, HP Multi Jet Fusion and full-colour PolyJet under one roof — send your CAD and an engineer quotes it within 24 hours.

Sintering, in six moves

How a box of powder becomes a part

No moulds, no tooling, no minimum. A laser draws your cross-section into a bed of hot nylon, the bed drops, fresh powder sweeps over, and it draws the next one. Repeat until the part exists.

Step 01

Powder

The chamber is filled with nylon powder and brought close to its melting point, so the laser only has to add the last few degrees.

Step 02

Recoat

A blade sweeps a fresh layer across the bed — thin, flat and even. Every layer of your part begins here.

Step 03

Fuse

The laser traces this slice of your CAD and the powder sinters solid. Unfused powder stays where it is and supports the part — which is why SLS needs no support structures.

Step 04

Cool

The finished cake cools in a controlled cycle. Rushing this warps parts, so it is not rushed.

Step 05

Recover

Parts are dug out of the cake and blasted clean. Loose powder is sieved and blended back into the next build — up to 80% reuse.

Step 06

Smooth, dye, assemble

Vapor smoothing for a sealed, injection-like surface; dyeing, sanding and threaded inserts as needed. Finishing options →

Which one your part wants

The table most bureaus bury behind a contact form. If you are pricing three vendors this week, start here.

The differentiator

Nine nylons, published in full

Tensile, modulus, elongation, heat deflection — the numbers most bureaus hide behind "contact us for specs". Three of them are worth knowing before you choose.

Large format
910 × 430 × 400 mmCONFIRM

Single-piece SLS parts most bureaus would have to cut and bond. Housings, ducts, full-scale rigs — printed whole.

Biocompatible
YP120 white PA 12

Bright-white, biocompatible nylon that opens up wearables and medical models — rare at production scale.

Carbon fibre
110 MPa

FS-YC6130CF carbon-fibre Nylon 6 — 10 GPa stiffness, in metal-replacement territory at nylon weight.

Proof, not promises

Not a broker. The factory.

Every frame below was shot on our own floor in Dongguan. When you send us a part, these are the machines that print it — no outsourcing chain, no middlemen.

An engineer replies within 24 hours

  • A real engineer, a real quote. Not an auto-mailer — a person who has read what you need.
  • Your IP stays yours. We send a secure link for CAD files and nothing leaves the project team. NDA on request.
  • No ceremony. One prototype or a production batch gets the same 24-hour answer.

This is a design mockup — the form is not wired. On the live site this reaches Primofort's engineers, and the email above always works as a fallback.
We reply within 24 hours with your quote and a secure link for CAD files. If anything here fails, email us directly — your enquiry is never dropped.
