Most bureaus make you email them to find out. Type the size of your part and see the answer now — every build envelope we run, and which nylons each one gives you.
These are the build sizes behind Primofort's published material list — the same figures that appear on the materials page. Nothing here is a machine we don't own, and nothing is rounded up.
Nylon 11, Nylon 12 and glass-filled Nylon 12. The workhorse for prototypes and small batches.
HP-certified PA 12, with HP's own per-material tolerance tables behind it. Best for repeatable batches.
Nylon 6 with glass or carbon fibre — the stiffest material we run, at nylon weight.
YP120 and YP120GF. Bright-white biocompatible nylon for wearables and medical models.
Fibre-filled Nylon 12. The one to reach for when height is the problem, not footprint.
Tough Nylon 12, and the reason to call us instead of a bureau that would cut your housing in half. Figure taken from Primofort's own material datasheet, still being confirmed as in service.
Full-colour, multi-material resin on a tray rather than a rectangular box — footprint area is the limit, so fit is confirmed by an engineer.
Filtered live to the envelopes that fit. Published datasheet figures — the same ones on the materials page, not marketing rounding.

Send it anyway. An engineer will look at the geometry and tell you where it could be split, or whether it is simply the wrong process for that part. We would rather say so than take the order.
Flat parts over about 180 mm across with walls under 3 mm warp — our own SLS design guidance covers wall thickness, escape holes and orientation. The checker answers geometry, not design.
Because the alternative is you emailing four bureaus and waiting. If your part does not fit here, you have lost thirty seconds instead of three days.
Primofort is the factory, not a broker. Every photo below was taken in our climate-controlled production hall in Dongguan — the machines that would print your part.
